The Social Administration has a broad area of responsibility that includes regulatory activities and preventive measures, with reception and investigation units, outpatient care, family law, financial assistance, an operational unit working with preventive measures, and a staff that works across the administration.

The position is new and is part of the staff's digitalization group for the social administration, together with two other people.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your tasks will vary according to needs, but as an IT strategist with us, you will work strategically and long-term to:

• Develop and drive the implementation of digital solutions,
• Contribute creative ideas, capture the administration's needs, and translate them into concrete projects or measures,
• Ensure that there are appropriate processes and working methods for digitalization in the operations,
• Participate in cross-municipal digitalization forums regarding strategic digital development issues,
• Inspire, educate, and coach managers and employees on digitalization issues,
• Some system management and administration are included.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a relevant academic education for the position in IT/strategy/digitalization. You also have a very good understanding of business processes and change management, and you have a good ability to communicate technology in a way that is understandable to the target group. Additionally, it is advantageous if you have experience in driving digitalization projects within the public sector and experience in the various areas of social services.

You work according to a clear process and have the ability to organize and plan your work so that you complete what you have started and meet deadlines.

You are creative with the ability to think outside the box and find new solutions in line with long-term strategies, and you see connections in complex information. You take the initiative in social contexts and find it easy to create new relationships.
