Job Description

We are looking for an automation tester with experience in planning, executing, and documenting testing activities in complex system environments. The role involves responsibility for testing multiple systems within identity management and registration processes. Testing should be automated as much as possible.

The work involves systems with varying release cycles and multiple internal and external stakeholders. Before each release, a test plan must be developed, test cases executed, and a test report delivered according to established routines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve automated test cases and test suites
• Plan and execute testing activities prior to release
• Perform manual testing as needed
• Produce and deliver structured test reports
• Identify and report deviations and follow up on actions
• Ensure that automation is used where appropriate and effective
• Collaborate with development teams, product owners, and other relevant stakeholders
• Participate in the continuous effort to improve testing processes and tools

Mandatory Requirements

• You must have at least four (4) years of documented experience in practical API testing and integration testing, acquired within the last ten (10) years
• You must have at least two (2) years of documented experience in testing systems with multiple data sources and integration dependencies, acquired within the last five (5) years
• You must have at least four (4) years of documented experience in test automation using modern tools for web or API testing, such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or Robot Framework. The experience must have been acquired within the last ten (10) years.
• You must have documented experience in independently developing test plans and test reports prior to release from at least two (2) previous assignments

Desirable Requirements

• At least two (2) previous assignments where the consultant has practical experience in testing or developing authentication flows and technologies (e.g., BankID, Freja, SAML, OIDC)
• At least two (2) previous assignments where the consultant has practical experience in testing within CI/CD flows
• At least two (2) previous assignments where the consultant has practical experience in load testing
• At least two (2) previous assignments where the consultant has practical experience in testing in environments with parallel release cycles
• At least two (2) previous assignments where the consultant has practical experience in testing methodology and test frameworks in complex system landscapes in organizations with more than 5000 users
