Do you want to shape the user experience in a global app environment? We are currently looking for a UX Writer who wants to work cross-functionally in agile teams and design content for smart home products such as robot vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, and air conditioning. This role is perfect for someone passionate about clear, accessible, and scalable language – and who wants to contribute to a data-driven, iterative product development flow.

As a UX Writer, you will be part of a digital product team where you are responsible for creating thoughtful and cohesive content experiences throughout the customer journey. You will work closely with design, product, research, and development, and also collaborate with functions such as Marketing, Post-Purchase, R&D, and Brand to ensure a consistent experience. The assignment is a parental leave cover for three months starting in March.

You will design and develop content for the app experience, including information architecture, UI microcopy, instructional texts, naming, and other parts of the end-to-end flow. You will manage and publish content in Figma and CMS and ensure that translations are ready for bi-weekly releases. You will contribute to the design system by updating the global glossary and creating guidelines and patterns for UX writing. If necessary, you will also support with translations, for example into Swedish, if you have language proficiency at a native level.

• Clear, user-centered, and accessible microcopy for the app's features

• Updated and quality-assured content in Figma and CMS before each release

• Contributions to the design system in the form of guidelines, writing patterns, and updated terminology

• Ensured and coordinated localization according to schedule

• Consistent tone and customer journey in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

• At least 2 years of experience writing content for web or mobile products

• Good understanding of UX design principles and interaction patterns

• Fluent English in both spoken and written form

• Experience with CMS tools, such as Phrase

• Experience with design tools like Figma

• Portfolio (online or PDF) showcasing the breadth and quality of your work

• Experience in localization and accessibility adaptation

• Experience working with global products and multiple languages

• Ability to contribute strategically to design systems and writing guidelines

• Native-level proficiency in Swedish or another language
