The person should receive support to become as independent as possible based on their own abilities, which means trying to strengthen but also maintain abilities. The assignment is about highlighting the individual's own interests and thereby creating influence and participation.
Staff at the residence support users with daily living through individualized everyday support. This involves varying tasks focusing on motivational work, support and help with physical and mental health issues, and assistance with practical matters such as hygiene, cleaning, cooking, and other household chores. Staff should also support users in their leisure and social lives. As a housing support worker, you will promote users' participation, independence, abilities, and skills in all respects. Documentation takes place in the journal system ParaSol.

It is also an advantage if you have:

You are humble and clear and see the equal value of all people. You enjoy collaborating, creating structure, planning, and taking responsibility and have the ability to create a safe, calm, and positive atmosphere both in the staff group and with our users.
You take great responsibility in your work and differentiate between the personal and the professional. You behave in a way that is adapted to the situation. You can conduct reflective conversations with colleagues and other partners to create a common approach based on each person's situation.
You have the ability to adapt in your work, prioritize based on current conditions, and see opportunities.
