Capio Health Center in Enköping is centrally located and has easy access to public transport. We are Enköping's largest health center with 13,600 patients who have chosen us. The team consists of about 40 employees in various professions. We have short decision-making paths and good collaboration between different professions. Are you a specialist in general medicine who likes to think outside the box, values relationships, and has a good sense of humor and curiosity? Then you might be the one we are looking for to join our team!

We often work in teams and believe in the strength of collaboration – you are never alone in difficult decisions. Every day, you collaborate with nurses in joint assessments of patients, and for sick leave, you work closely with rehabilitation coordinators and psychosocial support. With us, all important competencies are gathered under one roof – in addition to nurses and psychologists, there are also physiotherapists, dietitians, nursing assistants, and medical care administrators on site, literally just a knock on the door away. We have a stable and secure staffing, which allows us to focus on providing patients with the support and care they need. We are eager to try new working methods to improve both the work environment and care – among other things, we are working to ensure that you as a PAL get better oversight and create continuity for patients with chronic illnesses.

We work with Tandem, an AI-based digital tool to make documentation, referrals, and certificates faster and smoother – so you have more time for what matters most.

We work with physical and digital visits. There is an opportunity to work remotely a few days a week. We also offer the possibility to influence working hours and schedules and appreciate an open dialogue about it.

We are looking for someone who is a trained specialist in general medicine and has experience working in primary care. Interest in mentoring AT and ST doctors is an advantage. You are confident in your professional role, enjoy challenges, and see opportunities rather than obstacles. We value teamwork and the ability and willingness to take initiative.
