Staffanstorp Municipality will work on an attendance project funded by the European Social Fund from January 2026 to June 2028. The project aims to increase attendance among students at two of the municipality's secondary schools; Hagalid School in Staffanstorp and Hjärupslund School in Hjärup. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a special education teacher/subject teacher, you can contribute with expertise to adapt teaching for students with different needs.
The teacher works to engage the student and create school motivation by building on the student's interests. This could be an interest in art, cooking, or sports that is used as an entry point to build a relationship with the student and to foster motivation. The teacher collaborates closely with subject teachers to achieve eligibility for upper secondary school. Together with the student coordinator, an individual action plan is created for each student involved in the project.
