Welcome to Djupadal School!

We are now looking for a new colleague to the team “Preschool Class” who can follow the students in the coming grades.

You will be part of a team of teachers where you will plan and be responsible for the students' education and development together. Your focus will be on creating the best conditions for each student in a safe and trusting environment. You will challenge students to take their own initiatives, develop their interests, and take responsibility for themselves and others.

At Djupadal School, we work in teams. The tasks as a teacher at Djupadal School include, in addition to mentorship and teaching, planning, assessment, evaluation, and development of the educational activities in accordance with the school's governing documents and systematic quality work.

At Djupadal School, you will work in modern and newly renovated premises.

Qualifications

You who are applying are a licensed teacher with qualifications for teaching grades F-3 or F-6 and have qualifications in Swedish and Mathematics, as well as preferably additional subjects. If you have previous experience working as a teacher, we consider it an advantage.

You have a good insight into and knowledge of the school's governing documents and can effectively use them in your daily work. Furthermore, you have good didactic and pedagogical skills and can therefore lead and organize your work to create a calm working environment and a good learning environment for our students throughout their school day. Based on evidence-based research, you can develop your work and with good knowledge and experience, you work effectively with relevant digital tools. Of course, you have a professional attitude and work towards good relationships with our students, their guardians, and all your colleagues at the school.

About the Workplace

Djupadal School is a F-6 school with about 580 students. The school has been recently rebuilt and beautifully renovated and is located in fantastic surroundings. Our goal is to be each student's best school by finding strategies to reach each student and strengthen them in both knowledge development and personal development. Djupadal School is a school with determined and motivated students, driven and knowledgeable staff, which is reflected in the good results that the students achieve.
