About Praktiska Gymnasiet

Praktiska Gymnasiet is the largest in Sweden for upper secondary vocational education. We know that a good vocational education leads to jobs right after high school, giving our youth a chance to establish themselves in society early. In our teaching, we mix theory with a lot of practice and work to give our students the best school time of their lives. Our guiding principles are ambition, strength, and passion. Praktiska Gymnasiet Malmö City

The school is located in new premises at Industrigatan 15 in Malmö. There are about 280 students at the school and 30 staff members. We have 5 different programs including Health and Care, Child and Leisure, Sales and Service, HVAC and Property, and Industrial Technology.

Your mission

As a student assistant with us, you work to ensure that students succeed in graduating. Our students need your support to complete their school assignments, and you are often a communication link between teachers, students, or other authorities. The position is a fixed-term employment starting as agreed. This role includes supporting students in the school situation.

In your role, you work closely with teachers, EHT, mentors, and the school's management, and part of the work also involves facilitating the school's daily operations and providing good service to students, colleagues, guardians, and visitors.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is communicative, efficient, organized, and meticulous. You work with quality assurance, take responsibility, and place great importance on good relationships. A background in school care or similar is an advantage. You have excellent knowledge of the Swedish language and are accustomed to documentation.
