We are looking for someone who, in the role of a primary school teacher, wants to continue developing the work at our village school together with engaged colleagues.

At our small school, we believe that good collaboration skills and flexibility are important success factors.

We are looking for you with a teaching license who is qualified to teach grades 1-6. Your responsibilities include mentorship, as well as planning, implementing, and evaluating the educational work together with colleagues in the work team. You will belong to a team around the students. You collaborate with other school staff to ensure a good learning and working environment and actively participate in the school's development work.

Stråtjära School is a cozy village school for grades F-6, surrounded by forests and fields. The forest is part of the schoolyard and provides good conditions for both play and learning. Within walking distance, there is also a lake and watercourses.

Your Competence

We are looking for you with a primary school teaching license qualified to teach grades 1-6. We consider it an advantage if you have previous experience working in schools and teaching.

You are a person who easily adapts to changing circumstances and can quickly change your perspective and approach. You take responsibility for your tasks. You work towards goals by structuring and driving your processes forward. You have a good understanding of how people acquire knowledge and the different conditions of individuals.

We are looking for a confident and clear leader who motivates and can empower others with the authority needed to effectively achieve common goals. You create engagement and participation, while also being outgoing and socially active.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
