Your role

You will be part of the Technical Support section within Mining Technology, consisting of about ten colleagues with expertise in project management, technology, and engineering. The section's mission is to contribute project management and technical resources to projects, assignments, and standardization within Mining Technology and towards the mines, as well as to support the department in documentation, systems, data analytics, and the development and management of the mining planning tool Deswik.

As a project manager with us, you will lead projects related to system integrations, technical change initiatives, and the implementation of new solutions in close dialogue with the operations. You are responsible for driving the projects from planning to delivery, ensuring progress, quality, and coordination among various stakeholders.

The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external parties, and you work systematically with planning, risk management, budgeting, and follow-up. You lead the work according to agile methodologies and facilitate, for example, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in project management within technical or system-related projects.
• Experience in system implementations and integrations.
• Good understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum (SAFe is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Driving license B, which is a requirement for all positions at LKAB.
