We believe that progress and opportunities are best created together.
Welcome to a place where collaboration makes a difference.
Your Role
Do you want to contribute to ensuring the continuous airworthiness of some of Sweden's most advanced flight systems?
As a maintenance planner, you will have a central and coordinating role where you act as a link between the customer, central workshops, and production in technical matters. You will work in an environment where accuracy, structure, and collaboration are crucial to ensuring high availability and safe operations.
Your main tasks include:
- Maintenance planning and preparation of components
- Planning and follow-up in the Swedish Armed Forces' maintenance system Fenix
- Work in Saab's maintenance system AMMS (based on Maintenix)
- Collaboration with internal departments and business units
- Contact with external parties in technical and planning-related matters
You will work with the maintenance of the Swedish Armed Forces' aircraft, helicopters, unmanned flight systems, base materials, and personal flying equipment. Each task is part of the whole - to ensure continued airworthiness and operational capability.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and enjoys a role with many contact points. You are outgoing, proactive, and have the ability to drive your work forward while effectively collaborating with others.
You have:
- High school education in technology or administration, or YH or university education in areas such as logistics, technology, or aviation engineering - or equivalent relevant work experience
- Good administrative skills and a well-developed sense of order
- Ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner
- Good collaboration skills and an interest in teamwork
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
It is advantageous if you have:
- Experience in maintenance planning and interpretation of maintenance directives
- Experience in technical and/or administrative work within helicopter systems, Saab JAS 39 Gripen, or other complex flight systems (military or civilian)
- Experience in continued airworthiness (CAMO)
We place great emphasis on personal qualities. The role requires responsibility, flexibility, and a willingness to contribute to an organization where quality and safety are always in focus.
The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
What You Will Be Part Of:
Discover endless opportunities. Take on challenges, create smart innovations, and upgrade your skills. This is a place for clever thinkers, brave pioneers, and everyone in between. Together we achieve the extraordinary, each bringing their unique perspective. Every contribution counts.
