We are now looking for an experienced Production Leader from the manufacturing industry who wants to take full responsibility for people, processes, and results – and who is motivated to develop both teams and operations.

What you will do

As a Production Leader, you will have a central role in our operations. You will lead approximately 40 employees, with the support of team leaders, and be responsible for creating structure, engagement, and results in your area.

You will:

• Lead, coach, and develop employees and team leaders in daily operations
• Ensure that standards are followed and that work is driven according to LEAN and continuous improvements
• Be responsible for delivery, quality, work environment, and results within your area
• Drive change and development in a constantly improving operation
• Set demands – both upwards and in cross-functional collaborations – to safeguard the whole and the results
• Lead your own management team and actively contribute to the production management group together with five production leader colleagues

This is a role for you who can be both strategic and operational – who sees the big picture but is also present in daily operations.

Who you are

We are looking for an experienced production leader within the manufacturing industry who thrives in an environment where leadership makes a real difference.

You:

• Have documented leadership experience in production
• Are used to coaching and developing people towards clear goals
• Dare to have discussions and stand firm in decisions
• Have the ability to create understanding of standards and follow up on work methods
• Are structured and prioritize so that you have time to lead effectively
• Have knowledge of LEAN, problem-solving, and continuous improvements
• Communicate clearly in Swedish and English
