About the job

As an instructor with us, you will teach adult participants in both theory and practice within heavy traffic. You will play a central role in providing participants with the right knowledge to meet the needs of the labor market, while also contributing to traffic safety and professional skills.

Your responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and follow up on teaching within heavy traffic (C, CE).
• Teach both in the classroom and in vehicles.
• Support and motivate participants in their development.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.
• Provide training in various continuing education areas, such as YKB.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who holds driving licenses for C, CE. A D license is an advantage but not a requirement. You should have held your licenses for at least 2 (two) years. In addition, you should have good industry knowledge, preferably previous teaching experience, as well as grading and assessment. You have a genuine interest in sharing your professional knowledge, are pedagogical, solution-oriented, and want to see others succeed.

This is important for the role

• Approved driving instructor for C/CE (D) (one or more licenses).
• Ability to teach both practically and theoretically.
• Pedagogical skills and interest in teaching.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It’s a plus if you also have

• YKB training competence.
• Experience in teaching or mentoring.
• Industry network or previous collaboration with transport companies.
• D license.

Employment form

Permanent employment with an initial probationary period of six months. Start date is according to agreement.
