We are looking for teachers for Forsheda School to teach Mathematics and Science.

Forsheda School is a grades 7-9 school with about 200 students. The school has suitable facilities for good learning and is characterized by a pleasant, calm, and welcoming atmosphere. We have good cooperation among all staff and strive for everyone to experience joy at work. Forsheda's student health team is located at the school, which is a great benefit for students' well-being. The student health team includes a counselor, school nurse, special educator, special teacher, study and career counselor, and principal. One of our goals is to use ICT tools/compensatory aids along with regular teaching materials to increase quality, develop new working methods, and enhance the desire to learn.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will primarily teach mathematics in combination with science subjects. This includes planning, implementation, follow-up, evaluation, and development of teaching. You will also be part of a team with Mathematics and Science teachers and serve as a homeroom teacher.

Qualifications

• You are a qualified mathematics teacher with qualifications in another subject within the science area.
• You approach lessons with creativity and engagement and have the ability to convey knowledge in an accessible and inclusive way.

• In the classroom, you are clear and inspiring with a good structure in lesson planning.
• Homeroom teaching is included in the position.

• Licensed teacher.
• Be a secure pedagogical leader in the classroom.
• Good proficiency in the Swedish language in speech and writing.
• Good ability to create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
