Every day we lay the foundation for children's learning, self-confidence, and future. For the autumn term, we are now looking for dedicated teachers for after-school care and preschool classes.

In Vetlanda municipality, we work to create a holistic approach to students' school days, where teaching, care, and leisure interact. Whether you work in after-school care or in preschool classes, you meet students' curiosity, creativity, and need for security, and you have the opportunity to contribute to their development and learning.

As a teacher in after-school care, you plan and implement educational activities that complement the school through play, creativity, movement, and social learning. You create a safe and stimulating environment where students can develop both knowledge and skills together with others.

As a teacher in preschool classes, you are responsible for teaching and work towards a joyful and secure start to school. You plan, implement, document, and follow up on students' learning and development based on their individual conditions and maintain an active dialogue with students and guardians.

In the combined positions, you work both in preschool classes and in after-school care. This provides good opportunities to create continuity throughout the school day. You collaborate closely with colleagues in the work team and contribute to a holistic view of students' development and learning.

• Brunnsgård School, after-school care, 100 percent, temporary
• Landsbro School, preschool class and after-school care, 100 percent, permanent
• Tomaslund School, preschool class and after-school care, 100 percent, permanent

Qualifications

• For the position in preschool classes: preschool teacher degree or primary teacher degree with a focus on grades F–3.
• For the position in after-school care: teaching license with authorization to teach in after-school care.
• Previous professional experience as a teacher is an advantage.
