Description

Exposkolan is a school for grades 4-6 with about 260 students distributed across 12 classes.

Our learning environments are open and bright, and the classrooms have flexible solutions to meet today’s demands for digital teaching and can be adapted to the individual needs of each student. The school is technology and IT-oriented, and we work with a one-to-one solution where all students are offered their own iPad.

Responsibilities

For the upcoming autumn, we have two positions available as temporary replacements due to parental leave. For grade 6, we need classroom teachers who teach math and science subjects. In grade 5, we are looking for a teacher who is qualified to teach several subjects such as math, Swedish, English, and social studies. Regular tasks such as planning lessons, conducting development talks, and maintaining contact with guardians and students are included.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher in the mentioned subjects, and we prefer that you are qualified in core subjects, Swedish as a second language, and science or social studies subjects. We expect you to have good knowledge of the school’s mission and previous experience in pedagogical work. We place high demands on knowledge of broadening the classroom through leadership and stimulation, as well as documentation in working with students. Furthermore, you should have good IT skills and be accustomed to using digital tools in daily work. Personal suitability will also be given great importance.
