Description

Rörstorpsskolan is a multicultural school located in the central parts of Värnamo, with approximately 330 students from preschool to grade 3.

At Rörstorpsskolan, we are a united team working together to help our students reach their full potential. We believe that safety and a conducive learning environment lead to better academic results, which is why these are essential parts of our daily work.

Responsibilities

You will be offered a position as a class teacher in grade 3 three days a week. You will be part of a team with other teachers as well as educators in after-school care and school resources, collectively responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the teaching.

On other days, you will work as a resource teacher in grade 1, and you may also support after-school care one afternoon a week.

The most important thing is that you always work for the students and their best interests. You greet them with a smile in the morning, even on rainy days. Like us, you are convinced that together is a key to success.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a teaching certification focused on early childhood education. We prefer that you have a broad qualification. You should be able to collaborate easily and create motivation based on each student's unique circumstances.

Good IT skills and experience working with digital tools as part of everyday life are a significant plus.
