We are now looking for a healthcare administrator for our health center Nyhälsan who wants to work in primary care where values come first. Your skills will be utilized as we develop Nyhälsan together - with quality, collaboration, and patient benefit in focus.

Your Role

As a healthcare administrator with us, you are an important part of ensuring the quality of our documentation and thus the care we offer our patients. You will work with writing dictations and managing other patient-related documentation and administration. In your work, you will collaborate with a colleague on-site in Nässjö and three healthcare administrators who work remotely within Bräcke diakoni's primary care. Together, you contribute to an efficient and quality-assured administrative flow.

Our nursing assistants are responsible for the reception, but if needed, you will also support there. If you have a special interest in IT and digital working methods, we see it as a positive. If you want to develop in this area, we offer training opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can combine independence with good collaboration skills. You are structured in your own work and have a good eye for detail. At the same time, you are responsible and work solution-oriented to promote a good work environment and positive change.

Qualifications:

• Education in healthcare administration or what the employer deems equivalent

Meritorious:

• Coding education and experience with the journal system Cosmic
• Previous experience in healthcare administration is seen as positive, but we also welcome those who are new to the profession

Bräcke Health Center Nyhälsan

Nyhälsan health center is part of the non-profit foundation Bräcke diakoni, where care and support are based on the whole person. We have about 8,000 patients registered and operate in Nässjö with a branch in Forserum. We are around 35 employees who together create a workplace with broad competence, short decision-making paths, and close collaboration in everyday life.
