We are looking for a Master Data Consultant for our client in the beauty industry. Are you structured, analytical, and experienced in handling large amounts of data? Do you also have knowledge of the beauty industry and thrive in a hands-on role? We are now seeking a Master Data Consultant for an exciting assignment at a company that works with beauty products.

As a Master Data Consultant, you will play a central role in managing and enriching product data, as well as ensuring that the product information is accurate and optimized for the website. You will work on a wide range of tasks, from item management and system administration to content optimization and collaboration with external suppliers.

Item Management:

• Create, categorize, and manage items (approximately 19,000 products).
• Categorize products based on industry-specific knowledge (e.g., facial creams, perfumes).

System and Data Management:

• Work in a custom-built system for item enrichment, including product texts and images.
• Import and export data in Excel, identify and fill in missing fields and information.
• Collaborate with suppliers to retrieve and complete data, texts, and images.

Content and SEO:

• Optimize product images for different sizes and names.
• Improve product presentation through SEO work.

• Solid experience working with systems and strong skills in Excel (import/export, analysis, and data completion).
• Experience managing content, including product images and product information.
• Knowledge of and understanding of the beauty industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with working with suppliers' databases and ensuring high data quality.

Start: February 10, 2025

Scope: 50–100%

Duration: 3 months with 1 month notice period

Location: Office-based in Stockholm
