IT Support Technician Wanted

We are looking for someone who has worked in IT support and wants to continue developing in a role where you help users, manage support cases, and ensure that IT and conference equipment run smoothly in everyday life.

About the Assignment

In this role, you will work with first-line support, user training, and guidance, while contributing to a stable and modern IT environment. You will become an important point of contact for colleagues and ensure that technology and systems work smoothly in daily operations. The role is varied and gives you the opportunity to combine technical problem-solving with pedagogical support.

The role is initially a consultancy assignment for seven months with immediate start. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities for employment with the client after the assignment ends. We warmly welcome your application!

Your Main Responsibilities

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for receiving and managing support cases in the case management system, troubleshooting computers and mobile devices, and supporting users with questions related to M365 and Entra ID. You will also work with conference equipment and ensure that meeting technology functions effectively. The role involves both practical work and pedagogical support, where you help users understand and utilize IT in the best way.

To Succeed in This Role, You Need to Have:

• At least 3 years of work experience in IT support
• Good knowledge of M365
• Experience working with conference equipment
• Experience with case management systems
• Experience with Entra ID
• Experience troubleshooting computers and mobile devices
• High school diploma with a focus on IT or equivalent work experience

It is advantageous if you have a higher education in IT and experience with MDM tools such as Intune and SCCM.
