We are looking for an IT Support Technician for an organization in the energy sector. The role is user-facing and focuses on handling first-line support issues and contributing to training and supporting users in their daily IT work. You will work in an environment with modern Microsoft services and play a crucial role in ensuring high service and stable IT functions.

• Receive, prioritize, and resolve incoming first-line issues
• Troubleshoot computers and mobile devices
• Support users in Microsoft 365 and related services
• Work in a ticketing system for documentation and follow-up
• Provide user support and conduct basic training sessions
• Support and manage conference equipment

• At least 3 years of work experience in IT support
• M365 expertise
• Experience working with conference equipment
• Experience working with ticketing systems
• Experience working with Entra ID
• Experience troubleshooting computers and mobiles
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted)

• Experience with MDM tools such as Intune and SCCM
• Higher education in IT
