Do you want to be the one who makes technology just work? 🚀 We are now looking for a dedicated IT support technician who wants to work closely with the business and make a real difference in users' everyday lives.

This is a perfect role for you who are at the beginning of your IT career but have already built up solid experience in support.

🌟About the role

You will be part of the IT team and primarily work with:

First-line support
Troubleshooting computers and mobile devices
Managing cases in the case management system
Providing support and training to users
Supporting conference equipment
Administration in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID

You are the face of IT and an important part of creating a smooth and efficient workday for the organization's employees.

👤 We are looking for you who:

✔ Have at least 3 years of experience in IT support ✔ Have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 ✔ Have worked with Entra ID ✔ Have experience with case management systems ✔ Are used to troubleshooting computers and mobiles ✔ Have worked with conference equipment

🎓 You have at least a high school education with an IT focus or equivalent work experience. Post-secondary IT education is an advantage.

➕Additional merits:

Experience with MDM tools such as Intune or SCCM
