About the position of field salesperson and your responsibilities

We have been in Stockholm since 2011 and offer companies the best solutions for a clean and welcoming entrance (mat).

As our new star salesperson, you will work with prospecting, booking meetings, unannounced canvassing visits, and closing deals. You will primarily be out in the market where the fun happens – the deals.

You will work in a clear structure that will lead to successful meetings and pleasant business transactions. You will be responsible for a district in Stockholm and its customers, and you will start the day together with your colleagues at the office to motivate each other for the day ahead. The office is located in Upplands Väsby. The district will be agreed upon with your immediate manager, the sales leader.

Our customers, business, and relationships are the most important for us at Hr Björkmans Entrémattor, which is why you as a salesperson will be responsible for the relationship, from the first call to the deal, customer satisfaction, and contract closure.

To create a pleasant cohesion in the workplace, we regularly engage in team-building activities.

We work with clear goals, both individual and group goals. Together we motivate each other to have fun throughout the business process. You will report to the sales manager. You will have a fixed salary and commission as well as a company car. Overnight stays may occur in connection with training, kick-offs, and joint sales activities.

Your profile 🏆

• You should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• You should be great at building relationships and making connections
• Proficient user of CRM systems
• You should be driven by good business, competitions, and community
• You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• You have a B driver's license
• You have a good understanding of the sales process and thus business economics

If you have worked with renting services such as copiers, tools, etc., it is a merit.

It is a merit if you have:

• Worked in the CRM system Lime
• Worked in the quotation program Get Accept
• A larger network in Stockholm from before
