I am a 58-year-old man living in my own apartment in Skärplinge, and I am now looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for me – and who also wants to take on a secure, long-term leadership responsibility for my assistance group.

About me
I primarily communicate through body language, which makes it important that you are attentive, present, and willing to learn to interpret my signals. I have a calm pace in my daily life and feel best when there is security, respect, and continuity around me. I enjoy going on outings, driving, and visiting family and friends. I have close contact with my relatives and my social network, and I like to visit them. Music is also an important part of my life – I enjoy playing the guitar when the opportunity arises. Several of my assistants have been with me for a long time, which has created a stable and secure foundation in my daily life. I value relationships and would like you to also want to be with me long-term. I have sleeping duty from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, which is included in the position.

About the role as a personal assistant
As a personal assistant, you will support me in my daily life, both at home and during activities outside the residence. The tasks may include:

• Support with personal care
• Presence, attentiveness, and support in my communication
• Help with daily routines and household chores

I enjoy driving, and there is an opportunity to sign an agreement to use your own car for work. I am looking for female assistants. Previous experience in personal assistance is an advantage but not a requirement – personal suitability, security, and close collaboration are the most important.

About the leadership responsibility
The position also includes a leadership responsibility, where you will have a central and significant role in my assistance. As a leader, you will among other things:

• Administer and plan schedules
• Support, lead, and coordinate the existing assistant team
• Create structure, continuity, and a good working environment
• Communicate and collaborate with both assistants and other contacts
• Be involved in developing work methods and routines

Before recruitment for the leadership role, you will be required to take a test.

Employment form
Hourly employment of approximately 20 hours per week, along with leadership responsibility. Start date according to agreement.
