What does the position entail?

Hello!

I am a woman in my 50s who receives help from two assistants simultaneously around the clock. My current team needs reinforcement. Therefore, I am looking for someone interested in working as my assistant.

The working hours vary between day, evening, and awake night shifts. You who are applying may preferably be a nursing assistant or have previously worked in healthcare. Experience with tracheostomy and PEG is an advantage.

I live a stone's throw from Täby center with good communication options in the form of both train and bus. By train, it takes about a quarter of an hour from Östra station to reach me.

About you -

As a personal assistant, we would like you to be cooperative, attentive, responsible, flexible, and a good team player. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as an applicant and the client. This may become decisive in the final selection.

It is required that you

• Master the Swedish language well in both speech and writing. 

It is an advantage if you

• Have completed a healthcare-related education or have experience in care and support. 

Scope: Extra/as needed. Number of positions: 2. Start date: Immediately, by agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the positions will be filled as soon as possible. 

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
