To succeed in your new role, the employment will begin with a paid training program where you will learn everything about the company and receive training in customer management. This means that there are no requirements for prior knowledge.

About the role and responsibilities

As a customer service representative with us, you will work alongside your colleagues to assist our customers.

With a strong sense of service, you will respond to incoming calls, emails, chats, and social media to resolve customer inquiries in the best way possible. You are motivated by ensuring that the customer has a positive experience communicating with you.
