Sales Leader at Verisure in Linköping

We are now looking for a Sales Leader for our retention department at our headquarters in Linköping. As a Sales Leader with us, you will be a key piece in a goal-oriented department. Your main tasks will be to lead and support each salesperson and the entire team.

About the Role

In the role of Sales Leader at Verisure, you will work with short-term and long-term goals. You will coach and provide feedback, focusing both on individual salespeople and the entire team. You will daily map the current situation, experiences, skills, motivation, and challenges. About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong drive in your professional role.
• Is goal-oriented and motivated by seeing your team grow.
• Has previous experience in professional coaching or sales.
• Is pedagogical and accustomed to working with feedback in a developmental way.
• Has a high school education.
• Has infectious energy and provides each employee with the energy and encouragement they may need during a workday.

The position is a permanent full-time position located at our headquarters at Gumpekullavägen 8 in Linköping.

General working hours are 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday. However, evenings and weekends may occur in some cases.

We are an authorized security company, which means that approval from the County Administrative Board is required before employment.
