About the Role

As a Bid Manager, you will have a central position where you are responsible for:

• Identifying and analyzing relevant tenders
• Ensuring that specifications are met
• Project managing the bidding process from start to finish in collaboration with the team and departments such as purchasing and marketing
• Evaluating won and lost bids to improve future processes
• Contributing to contract management and supporting the organization in implementing new agreements

The role offers the opportunity to work with tenders of various sizes, from smaller projects to extensive framework agreements worth several million kronor. In this role, you will work strategically to shape and steer the company's direction by identifying business opportunities and developing competitive bids.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a person with strong analytical skills, digital maturity, and a desire to develop. We consider it an advantage if you have an academic background in economics, law, or similar, but experience is not decisive – the right attitude and a drive to learn are more important. The person being recruited should:

• Be meticulous yet efficient, able to balance high quality with tight deadlines
• Quickly adapt to new systems and processes
• Enjoy working in a central role that requires legal and business understanding
• Be open-minded about using modern digital tools as well as traditional Excel
