Do you appreciate working meticulously, in a structured team, and have a knack for service? Do you want to work in an organization with international contacts? Candor is currently looking for a customer service representative to be based at the company's headquarters in Norrköping.

Responsibilities

In the role of customer service representative, you will act as the spider in the web. Your tasks will include the following:

• Registering orders and managing invoicing
• Handling letters of credit and export documents within and outside the EU
• Project deliveries with packing lists and documentation
• Customer contacts via phone and email

Here, you will play a key role in maintaining relationships with the company's customers in a professional manner. The tasks are very varied.

Qualifications

We see that you have completed your secondary education and preferably have experience working with similar tasks in order reception and/or administration.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, organized, and driven by providing good service. Furthermore, we see that you have a high standard of quality, can work proactively, have good communication skills, and take initiative.

You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Danish is an advantage.

Experience in any of the following is also advantageous: working with hazardous goods, letters of credit, knowledge of Intrastat, financial experience, and familiarity with working in Monitor.
