Do you appreciate working meticulously, structured in teams, and have a knack for service? Do you want to work in an organization with international contacts? Candor is currently looking for a customer service representative based at the company's headquarters in Norrköping.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of customer service representative, you will act as the spider in the web. Your tasks include the following:

• Registering orders and managing invoicing
• Handling reimbursements and export documents within and outside the EU
• Project deliveries with packing lists and documentation
• Customer contacts via calls and emails

Here you will play a key role in nurturing the relationship with the company's customers in a professional manner. The tasks are very varied.

Qualifications

We see that you have completed high school education and preferably have experience working with similar tasks in order reception and/or administration.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, organized, and driven to provide good service. Furthermore, we see that you have a high-quality standard, can work proactively, have good communication skills, and take initiative.

You have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form; knowledge of Danish is an advantage.

Experience in any of the following is also advantageous: working with hazardous goods, reimbursements, knowledge of Intrastat, financial experience, and familiarity with working in Monitor.
