We are now looking for a Field Service Manager for Zeppelin-CAT in Linköping!

Your Responsibilities

Our service market is of utmost importance to us and an absolute must for a profitable machinery business. With our high-quality products, our customers also expect a world-class service market, and that is exactly what we offer. As a Field Service Manager, you will lead our field technical work and ensure our service market at the regional level. You will lead and distribute the work for our field service technicians in Linköping and the surrounding area while also contributing to the development of both our operations and our staff. The role involves many social contacts, and you will have daily contact with both customers and mechanics. Other responsibilities include:

• Monitoring of finances and key performance indicators
• Planning of incoming customer reports and repairs
• Responsibility for the work environment and safety for your staff
• Follow-up with customers in collaboration with the sales department
• Invoicing after completed work

In this role, you will be based at our facility in Linköping and report to our Site Manager. You will have personnel responsibility for about 7 field mechanics who report directly to you.

Your Profile

To succeed in this position and contribute to the development of our routines and department, we believe you have previously worked in a supervisory role. We see a significant advantage in having a driving and initiative-taking spirit. This will be useful when you, together with colleagues and the site manager, drive improvements in our processes and deliveries, all to ensure our customers receive the best possible service. Furthermore, you need to demonstrate good administrative skills and be structured and self-driven so that you can work on many things simultaneously, where prioritization between different tasks is crucial. The job involves a lot of customer contact, which requires you to be service-oriented and good at communicating. You also need to have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as we communicate daily in both languages.
