We are now looking for you who want to work in preschool with children aged 1-5 years.

About the job at Pamoja

Pamoja (which means together in Swahili) is the largest provider of substitutes for schools in Sweden. We have agreements with many schools and offer a variety of exciting assignments. Together we will find out which subjects and grades suit you best.

With Pamoja, you work both flexibly and securely. You often work on short notice (the same morning) and are always uniquely matched to your assignments (based on your profile and preferences). You don’t have to choose assignments, which means you never have to compete with colleagues for jobs or be rejected by clients. Our requirement is that you can work at least 2 days a week (Are you a student? Then we expect you can work at least 1 day/week).

You can easily manage the job in our smart app. Additionally, you will have both a personal coach and a whole support team to assist you when you need it before, during, and after work. Because we are what we say we are:)

What do you need to know?

You need to have a childcare diploma or at least 6 months of experience working with children or student groups in preschool, primary school, or other educational activities. You also need to speak and write Swedish, and have a valid extract from the criminal record (order it today to get to work faster). Of course, you are a role model for both children and adults - smart and kind, simply put:)

How to apply for the job

Our recruitment process is modern, fast, and free from prejudice. You apply for the job in three simple steps without a CV. You start with our smart job test. The test makes it easier for us to understand who you are. Then we meet in person. Because we prefer real meetings over Zoom and robot interviews. If you pass all the steps, you can start working within a few days (it usually goes fast!). You will be employed by us and work securely under a collective agreement. Or as a consultant if you prefer that. Of course, you will receive a proper introduction to the job before you start.
