We are looking for you who is a preschool teacher

At Lärande Preschools, we create security and provide all children with equal opportunities to learn for the future. We work according to our Learning Model, which forms the foundation for you and your colleagues in your shared mission. You work in a team with your colleagues, and through care, presence, and curiosity, you create the security and development that children need in preschool age.

In our learning environments, which can be both indoors, outdoors, on excursions, or digital, you co-explore with the children in the form of assignments or themes. Because when something feels real, we know that children learn effortlessly.

You plan, implement, and evaluate the teaching in the operation together with the work team. Together, we create a learning environment for children and colleagues.

You will work in a team at Lärande Preschool Skogstorp or Lärande Preschool Skutan.

Qualifications

To be considered for the position, we see that you have:

• Preschool teacher education or teacher education with a focus on preschool
• Experience in pedagogical work in preschool
• The ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written, as you are expected to communicate with internal and external parties.

We are looking for someone who shares Lärande's core values - security, development, team, and success. You have good collaboration skills, are flexible and change-oriented with a focus on goals and results, and you have good pedagogical insight.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about children's influence, to see and highlight their learning processes in pedagogical documentation. Someone who has a positive attitude characterized by trying to understand children's intentions, abilities, and who sees the benefits of children's differences. You want to help create a learning environment for both children and colleagues based on mutual respect and cooperation. You have the ability and take responsibility to lead the work team sustainably, where you together develop the education for the children in preschool.
