AB OmsorgsCompagniet in the Nordic region has been established since 2003 and is a recognized provider of care services. We offer personal assistance, respite care, escorting, housing support, and LSS housing, with offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Örebro, and Trollhättan.

We are currently looking for a dedicated respite caregiver for a young man. You will play an important role by providing care for him, allowing his relatives to have relief in their daily lives. The position is full-time or part-time, weekdays from 9 AM to 6 PM with some flexibility. Weekend work and travel abroad may also be required.

The client's interests include photography, film, video games, clothing, and fashion.

We are looking for someone with education and experience working with individuals with autism, OCD, and obsessive thoughts. You are empathetic, understanding, possess good communication skills, and are a trustworthy person.

Qualifications:

• Education and/or documented experience in care and support
• Responsibility, empathy, and good communication skills.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to others' needs and routines.
• Positive attitude and ability to create a safe and loving environment.
• Personal suitability and ability to collaborate with both the client and their relatives.
