Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's autonomy and privacy, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with an 18-year-old girl living in Hammarby Sjöstad
• has good knowledge of Swedish
• is non-smoker
• is active

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work
• share the client's interests in being creative

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the position is approximately 43%. The job involves working Mondays and Tuesdays from 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM and Thursdays from 3:45 PM to 7:30 PM.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are made according to collective agreements.

Being employed at Humana

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
