We offer family treatment at home, intensive investigations, care investigations, training apartments for youth, specially qualified contact persons, visitation support, HVB, special interventions, emergency services, foster homes, as well as family counseling and private therapies.

Deltagruppen has framework agreements with all districts of Stockholm city and several of the surrounding municipalities. We are currently seeking an experienced Emergency and Foster Home Consultant to Deltagruppen who wants to help build a business from the ground up. We offer great development opportunities as your responsibilities can grow in line with the business.

In this position, you will be responsible for the overall work with our emergency and foster homes. This includes recruiting foster homes, assisting our foster homes with support and supervision, and participating in matching requests. You will provide high service and availability to our clients and work closely with the responsible case officer.

Your qualifications

  • Degree in social work or equivalent education.
  • Supervisory training preferably focused on work with foster homes.
  • Training to investigate foster homes, Kälvesten.
  • Experience in foster care.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to new circumstances.
  • Understand the importance of good communication and qualitative, individualized interventions.
  • In recruitment, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
  • The job requires a driver's license.
