About the position:

Omsorgshuset was founded in 1999. Over the years, the Omsorgshuset group has grown and we offer several areas of operation. Personal assistance, escort and respite care, emergency and family homes, housing support, LSS housing, and HVB homes. All operations are approved by IVO and have collective agreements. We are now looking for an additional family home consultant within the Emergency and Family Homes department, where the work often starts from our head office in Älvsjö. Travel in the Stockholm area and within a radius of about 20 miles outside is included in the position.

As a family home consultant, you will be responsible for investigations, training, and supervision of emergency and family homes. You are expected to have a high level of service, be flexible, and available to our clients, our emergency and family homes, and the target group in particular. The position also includes social documentation, the establishment of implementation plans, and monthly reports.

You will be part of a team, close to your manager and colleagues, who always put the child's best interests at the center.

Qualifications:

You should have a degree in social work or another equivalent education. You should have good knowledge of current legislation and experience in social documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working in social services and/or in family home care and have completed BBIC training.

The position also requires you to have a very good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you also speak other languages in addition to Swedish.

About the employment:

The position is a permanent employment of 100% that begins with a 6-month probationary period. Start date is according to agreement but preferably as soon as possible. As an employee, you will have access to a company car and the possibility of flexible working hours. Work outside office hours may occur and on-call duty is included in the position. Individual salary setting is done according to agreement, and you will also be offered occupational pension and wellness benefits.
