Family Therapist/ Investigator at Deltagruppen
Deltagruppen is celebrating five years, and as we grow, we need to recruit new employees. Deltagruppen offers quality services to children, youth, and their families. Our services are characterized by quality, flexibility, and we always keep the children's perspective at the center. We provide family therapy at home, intensive investigations, care investigations, training apartments for youth, specially qualified contact persons, and special interventions.
The Family Therapy/ Investigation unit offers the social services qualified, experienced, and flexible support in complex cases involving children and families.
Deltagruppen is in an exciting phase where we are receiving more and more assignments. Deltagruppen has framework agreements with all districts of Stockholm City as well as several of the surrounding municipalities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a family therapist/investigator, you will be part of a team with several colleagues. It is not uncommon for us to work with two staff members on the same case. We work with family therapy and/or investigations at the families' homes or in our HVB operations. You will plan, implement, and document the work based on the assignment from social services. You will work with families facing severe separation conflicts, domestic violence, parents with neuropsychiatric disorders, families experiencing honor-related violence, or children staying at home.
QUALIFICATIONS
Social worker, psychologist, or equivalent. Basic psychotherapy training (Step-1) is a requirement; KIBB, Signs of Safety, FREDA, IHF, or MTFC are meritorious.
Knowledge of current legislation and the BBIC structure is a requirement.
We are looking for a family therapist/investigator who has experience working as a family therapist and has experience and knowledge of conducting investigations on behalf of or within social services.
Good stylistic ability to express oneself both verbally and in writing is of great importance. We prefer that you are self-driven, persistent, flexible, and have good cultural awareness and collaboration skills. You have an internal structure and the ability to plan your work independently in collaboration with colleagues and with support from management. In addition, personal suitability and maturity are required.
The job involves working evenings and weekends.
