You will be part of the sales department where you work with internal colleagues, customers, and partners. In your role, you will receive and handle incoming calls and inquiries from Ragn-Sells customers related to the reception and treatment of materials. The facility in Högbytorp receives all types of waste except nuclear waste and handles thousands of different materials. It is important that materials are directed to the correct treatment area according to environmental legislation and internal frameworks.

Your job involves a lot of time in front of a screen and on the phone as you talk to clients, provide quotes, and manage contracts and price lists. You do not negotiate prices but are responsible for quoting according to applicable frameworks. You have a key role where you communicate daily with customers, colleagues, and partners.

You will be part of a sales group with a total of five inside sales representatives where the employees are engaged, open, and helpful.Other tasks

• Receive and handle incoming calls and emails from existing and new customers
• Provide quotes for the reception and treatment of materials
• Create declarations and associated documentation related to incoming materials
• Work with contracts and price lists
• Collaborate closely with administrators, scale administrators, and classification specialists
• Handle cases during unannounced customer visits via the scale
• Daily work in Office 365 and Microsoft/Dynamics

You will shadow colleagues in the team and follow an introduction program with internal training on operations, environmental legislation, and working methods.Requirements for the position

• High school education
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Driver's license B and access to a car (no public transport to the facility)
• At least one year of experience in sales or service, such as in restaurants or customer service
• Good administrative skills and experience working with the Office suite

• Good system skills and ease in understanding new business systems
• Experience in technical customer service or similar service functions
