Do you want to work with IT support and user assistance in an exciting consulting assignment? We are looking for three individuals for a project with one of our clients where you will have the opportunity to solve problems both via helpdesk and on-site with users.

About the assignment

We are seeking three consultants for an IT helpdesk assignment. The assignment starts on April 1, 2026, and runs until March 31, 2027. The scope is 100% full-time. Your responsibilities

As an IT support consultant, you will primarily work with helpdesk, where you will support users with orders, inquiries, and fault reports regarding IT equipment and IT systems via phone, visits, or the client's ticketing system. The work may also involve installations, on-site troubleshooting, and deliveries of IT equipment.

Areas of work:

• Helpdesk work in first-line

• PC, Windows 10 & 11

• Mac, OS X

• ChromeBook

• Android phones, iPhone & iPad

• Printers, copiers & projectors

• Ticketing systems & MDM systems

• Directory services (eDirectory, AD)

• Outlook, user support

• Patching network outlets

• SCCM and MDT

Your qualifications

• Driver's license B

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

• Good social skills and a positive attitude

• Organized and independent

• Basic IT education or relevant work experience in IT

• No record in the criminal register

• Have a strong technical interest

• Can solve problems in first-line, both via helpdesk and on-site with users

• Are driven and can deliver according to instructions
