Your responsibilities

As a member of the product support team, you will be an important part of our team. You will work closely with both external users and the company’s own customers, serving as their first point of contact for inquiries, troubleshooting, and guidance regarding our products.

You will:

• Handle incoming cases via phone and digital channels
• Provide technical support and guidance to users and customers
• Troubleshoot simple technical issues
• Collaborate closely with development and other teams
• Contribute to the improvement of routines, documentation, and customer experience

The work is fully remote, and the phone is one of your most important tools in your daily work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has basic knowledge in e.g. C#, Java, or another object-oriented language
• Is social, friendly, and enjoys working in a team
• Takes initiative and is proactive
• Has a genuine interest in technology
• Is pedagogical and can explain technical matters in a simple way
• Enjoys talking on the phone and has many points of contact
