ABOUT THE POSITION
Academic Work is seeking a customer service representative on behalf of AMF for their office at T-Centralen in Stockholm. AMF is one of Sweden's leading pension companies, and you will work in a professional team that focuses on the customer.
As an administrator at AMF's customer service, your task will be to handle our existing and incoming mail returns. You will carefully sort the returns for proper further handling and ensure that we have the correct address for our customers.
This is a consulting assignment; you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant for AMF. The assignment will be full-time and initially extend until March 2025, with a possible chance for extension, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Handle existing and incoming mail returns from our customers and ensure that we have the correct address registered.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has good computer skills
- Has experience in administrative tasks
- Can start on January 20
- Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work
