ABOUT THE POSITION

Academic Work is looking for a customer service representative on behalf of KONE, where you will work with fault reports in the alarm center at the headquarters in Kista! You will contribute to an important job to ensure safety for everyone using the company's products.

The start is immediate. You are expected to work two shifts a week during the semesters and up to full-time during holidays such as summer and Christmas. It is important that you are available for an introductory training for the position that lasts for about 3 consecutive days.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

As a customer service representative, you will be part of a student pool and staff the company's customer service. Your tasks will consist of receiving fault reports and alarms from customers and private individuals via phone. Together with your colleagues, you will work towards achieving the company's high service goals. You will receive a solid introduction on-site and have a Team Leader as your immediate supervisor. Together with your team leader, you will follow up and you will have the opportunity to constantly develop!

You will for example:

  • Identify safety situations and manage them by providing appropriate instructions
  • Handle a case until it is accepted by a technician

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has experience in service-oriented work
  • Is studying at a post-secondary level and has at least 1.5 years left of your studies
  • Has very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work

It is an advantage if you:

  • Have experience in customer service with phone as the primary working tool

To succeed well in the role of service representative at KONE, it is required that you are focused on helping their customers and your colleagues. We value personal qualities that create security and relationships with everyone who contacts KONE. We also believe that you are a cheerful and positive person who enjoys working in an environment where the pace is sometimes high. You will have a lot of contact with corporate customers, private individuals, service technicians, and supervisors, which requires good collaboration skills. You are a pronounced team player and also have the ability to perform individually. Furthermore, we also see that you understand the importance of good and professional behavior in a serious workplace.

Other Information

  • Start: Immediate and extends long-term during the study period
  • Scope: Part-time during semesters and up to full-time during summer/Christmas
  • Working hours: 2 shifts a week which are scheduled between 7-17, Monday - Friday. Most shifts are half-days (07-12 or 11-17) but full days may occur
  • Location: Kista
