Customer Service Representative Cargo Booking

We are now looking for a customer service representative for our cargo booking for seasonal work during June–August.

About the role

In this role, you are the spider in the web between customers, suppliers, ships, and terminal operations. You have a central function in our daily operations together with two wonderful colleagues in customer service and are often the person who ensures that things actually happen – even when conditions change rapidly.

You will work with:

-Cargo booking via phone and online in the system “Opter”

-Daily contact with customers, suppliers, ships, and personnel in transshipment/terminal

-Planning, coordination, and follow-up of transports

-Problem-solving in case of changes, delays, and urgent situations

We transport goods between Arholma in the north and Landsort in the south, which means you will work with real logistics, infrastructure, and flows.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who:

-Master Swedish fully in speech and writing as well as English in speech

-Are computer literate and find it easy to familiarize yourself with new systems

-Are confident and clear on the phone and enjoy customer contact

-Are flexible, unpretentious, and can quickly rethink when conditions change

-Take personal responsibility, get yourself to work, and get things done

We believe that you already have some work experience and have experience in service professions from before.

The phone is your primary working tool, which means that a clear and professional speaking style is of great importance in this recruitment.

Experience in logistics, transport, or booking systems is an advantage but not a requirement – the right attitude is the most important.

Practical information

Employment form: Fixed-term employment, full-time

Salary: We apply individual and differentiated salary setting

Period: June 1 – August 28 (vacation cannot be taken during this period)

Working hours: Fixed working hours Monday–Friday 07:30–16:30, 1 hour lunch between 11:00-12:00

Workplace: Albyberg Business Park, Österhaninge where we sit in an open office landscape, remote work is not possible

Insurance and pension contributions: We have agreed insurance and pension contributions

Wellness allowance: 250 SEK per month

Other: Dogs are present at the office
