is looking for a Sales Project Manager who wants to be part of Fescon's growth journey in southern Sweden.

Job Description
As a Sales Project Manager at Fescon, you will play a central role in the company. You will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing customer relationships within the construction and industrial sectors, as well as driving business and projects from the first contact to final delivery. You will work from home, plan your daily activities independently, and travel will be a natural part of the job. The role combines sales, consulting, and project management and is suitable for those who thrive with freedom under responsibility.
You will work with both existing and new customers, from smaller deals to larger customer responsibilities, with both short and long sales and project cycles.
You will report to the Sales Manager Sweden, who is responsible for your introduction and acts as a continuous sounding board. Through coaching, follow-up, and close collaboration, you will have the right conditions to succeed and develop long-term in your role.
Responsibilities
• Build and develop long-term relationships with customers in construction and industry
• Explore new business opportunities and identify customer needs
• Plan and conduct meetings via phone, email, and on-site with customers
• Drive and manage business from start to finish
• Work systematically with follow-up, quotes, and forecasts
• Collaborate with internal functions to ensure the best delivery and customer experience
Your Profile
You are a driven, self-sufficient, and disciplined person who enjoys taking significant personal responsibility. You have the ability to structure your work, prioritize correctly, and drive your processes forward independently. As a person, you are curious, innovative, and solution-oriented. You enjoy building trust, creating long-term relationships, and want to develop together with the company over time. You are motivated by working closely with customers and seeing tangible results from your work.
Requirements
• Fluent in Finnish
• Good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish and English
• Technical understanding and interest in technical solutions
• Experience in needs-based and advisory customer dialogue
• Previous work in a similar role with responsibility for sales, business, or projects in a B2B environment
• B driver's license
Meritorious
• Experience from the construction or industrial sector
• Experience in B2B sales or project management

You will also have the opportunity to participate in a 1-year sales training with Mikael Arndt, including 25 diploma courses in sales and live lectures every week. You will also have the chance to participate in Sweden's largest sales event at Oscarsteatern and a 2-day sales training on-site in Stockholm to further develop as a salesperson.
