ABOUT THE POSITION

As a sales insurance broker, you will be a key player in matching customers' needs with the best insurance solutions. You will be part of an exciting initiative focused on finding new private customers through cold calls and building a strong customer base. The role requires you to be quality-conscious, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and understand what it means to work with proactive sales.

You will be part of a team of 9 insurance salespeople where collaboration and team spirit are central. The position starts with a solid introduction that includes training in sales, Lendo's products, and the industry. You will also have the opportunity to listen in on calls with colleagues to develop your own sales skills. Your development will continue with ongoing training and coaching – both from your manager and our experienced salespeople.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

The job involves listening, understanding, and guiding Lendo's insurance customers – not forcing anything on anyone they don't need. Here is a selection of what you will do on a typical day:

📞 Contact cold customers via phone – people are familiar with Lendo but do not currently have insurance.
💡Conduct needs analyses and guide the customer to the right insurance solution.
🚀 Identify business opportunities and create added value for the customer.
🔍 You create security. Insurance can be difficult to understand, but you make it easy for the customer by explaining Lendo's insurance products in a simple and clear manner.
🎯 Work with high phone activity and clear goals.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has a completed high school diploma.
Has experience in sales, preferably via phone. It is important that you have a natural feeling for sales and a desire to create customer value where you see an opportunity in every call.
Is communicative, structured, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and has a good command of English.
