Are you a student looking to get a foot in the tech industry while studying? At Vericount, we are now seeking an engaged Junior Account Manager for part-time work. This is the perfect opportunity for you who want to turn theory into practice, build your network, and grow with us.
We are looking for someone who excels at building relationships and wants to ensure our customers have a seamless experience from start to finish.
What you will do
You will play an important role in nurturing and developing our customer relationships. Your main tasks will be to:
- Act as a contact person: Help manage a portfolio of customers and ensure they are satisfied and engaged.
- Support sales: Identify upselling opportunities and assist with contract renewals.
- Customer analysis: Conduct follow-ups and help us understand how we can create even more value for the customer.
- Collaborate internally: Work closely with the product and support teams to resolve customer issues and improve our service.
- Build relationships: Create long-term trust with our users and decision-makers.
Who we think you are
We place great importance on your personal qualities and willingness to learn.
- Ongoing studies: You are currently pursuing a post-secondary education in economics, marketing, communication, or similar.
- Communicative star: You express yourself fluently in both spoken and written (Swedish and English) and are not afraid to pick up the phone.
- Technically inclined: You have good computer skills. If you have used CRM systems or project management tools before, that’s a plus, but not a requirement; we will teach you!
- Analytical skills: You are comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and enjoy structuring information.
- Problem solver: You are attentive to customer needs and enjoy finding solutions.
