About the job as a customer service representative

As a customer service representative at Ownit, which is a product brand within Telenor, you will work on behalf of one of Sweden's largest telecom operators. You will be part of a team where community and collaboration are central. You will handle both new and existing private customers and assist them with everything from billing inquiries to cancellations and technical support. Unlike many other customer service roles, you will not transfer calls - you will solve the customer's problem directly. Some upselling is included in the job responsibilities. It is important that you are comfortable working on the phone and enjoy having customer contact.

Common tasks include:

• Provide support to private customers via phone and digital channels
• Handle billing inquiries, subscription cancellations, and technical issues
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional service
• Work with upselling as needed
• Contribute to the team's community and positive work environment

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience in service and who enjoys helping people. You are solution-oriented, communicative, and have a positive attitude. Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not a requirement - you will receive the training you need during the assignment.

We would like you to have:

• Previous experience in service occupations, e.g. retail or restaurant
• Good computer skills and a high school diploma
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English
• Comfortable working on the phone and having many customer contacts
• A willingness to learn and develop within customer service and technical support

In accordance with our client's requirements, we will conduct a background check in the criminal and debt register during this recruitment process.
