SEO Specialist Who Thinks This Headline Could Have Been Better Optimized

You think the title is way too long. And you wonder why we haven't written a clearer H1 here in the job description. Maybe you also have 3–5 years of experience as an SEO specialist (you appreciate that we naturally included a keyword here) in your bag? And perhaps you want to take clear responsibility for some clients' organic visibility?

Good. Then you are exactly who we are looking for.

This is what we know about you (besides that you think it would be good if we included the keyword “SEO Specialist” here too):

You have worked with SEO for a few years, preferably at an agency. You are curious, solution-oriented, and confident in your craft. And yes, of course, you like bullet points. So here comes one with a few things you bring with you:

  • Very good understanding of technical SEO, on-page, and content
  • Experience working strategically, not just operationally
  • Strong analytical skills and accustomed to working data-driven
  • Good understanding of how SEO interacts with SEM, CRO, and content
  • Experience with SEM / Google Ads
  • Familiarity with relevant SEO tools (Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar)
  • A structured approach and clear accountability

This is what your new job could look like:

With us, you will have a central role in several client assignments. You will be responsible for the SEO work – from analysis and strategy to implementation, follow-up, and recommendations.

You will work both independently and together with other specialists. In most projects, you will have the support of project managers, so you can focus on quality, results, and development.

  • Develop SEO strategies and implementation plans
  • Conduct technical SEO analyses and recommendations
  • Work with on-page SEO, content optimization, and structure
  • Conduct keyword analyses and competitive analyses
  • Follow up, analyze, and report results to clients
  • Be a reliable advisor in client dialogues
  • Work closely with developers, content specialists, and other channel managers
  • Contribute to the development of our SEO service and our working methods
  • Share your knowledge and support colleagues in the team
