Synsam Group, the fastest growing optics and lifestyle company in Europe, is now looking for service-oriented Swedish and Norwegian speaking colleagues to our Store Support team at our headquarters in Stockholm. About the role  In the store support team, we are a group of 11 people working to support Synsam Group's approximately 500 stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. Our goal is to deliver exceptional service that makes every store feel seen, and we work diligently with a focus on high service delivery. The role involves supporting stores from all Nordic countries, but you will primarily focus on Sweden and Norway. Support is mainly provided via phone and email. Your tasks include answering questions regarding Synsam's offerings and products: glasses and lens subscriptions for private customers, corporate agreements, and e-commerce. The questions range from payments and deliveries to campaigns and updates in systems, and you will have broad contact points within the organization.

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement, but Norwegian is also a plus.

About the position  The position is a parental leave replacement initially lasting for 1 year, with a good chance of extension and includes some weekend work.  You will be based at our headquarters located in Kungsholmen, Stockholm. Start date according to agreement.
